“Praise God’s Name Always”

Psalm 145:8-9 “The Lord is gracious and full of compassion, slow to anger and great in mercy. The Lord is good to all, and His tender mercies are over all His works.”

My Dear Friends……. Greetings!! of the day…….

Today is a wonderful day….

The Book of Psalms chapter 145 is a beautiful book of Gods relation with us……Let us see what verse 8 and 9 tell us ……. “The Lord is gracious and full of compassion, slow to anger and great in mercy. The Lord is good to all, and His tender mercies are over all His works.”

Hence verses 8-9 proclaim the gracious character of God, I would like to state that the book of Psalm Chapter 145 belongs to King David and expresses his personal commitment to worship and believe in God. So, I would say that Chapter 145 calls the whole world to “Praise God’s Name Always”

Well the verses from 8 to 9 in Chapter 145 of book of Psalms ensures that all the attributes like gracious, compassionate, slow to anger, and love point to the Lords and his relationship with us.

We should ought to understand that we should praise God for God’s goodness and God’s greatness. We need to participate in this praise, with our Faith and belief in God

Even though the life appears as a battlefield we should speak of God’s wondrous work of redemption, while declaring his greatness with a belief that God is a God of Salvation

Since it should be truly said of our Lord Jesus Christ, that his words are words of goodness and grace; his works are works of goodness and grace.

He is full of compassion; hence he came into the world to save sinners.

Amen……

Be Strong and of Good Courage

Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and of good courage, do not fear nor be afraid of them; for the LORD your God, He is the One who goes with you. He will not leave you nor forsake you.

This promise though made at the time particularly to Israel and Joshua yet belongs to all believers.

This is an invitation to believe and follow God. Only when we believe in God and follow His leadership, we can be truly strong and courageous. The result and effect of sin is always weakness, confusion, strife and eventually death.

God is present everywhere, and this should encourage us in times of distress and keep us from sinning because He is always with us and watching us.

God’s presence should be of great comfort to every born-again believer since no matter what level of the trial, the Lord is there.

God is always with us to encourage and support our service to Him. When God called Moses to proclaim His message and lead Israel out of slavery, the Book of Exodus chapter 4 from verse 10 to 12 explains that Moses protested because of his lack of speaking abilities. But God said, “I will help you speak and will teach you what to say.”

Jesus commands us, “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations . . . and surely, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” If you feel that you are not strong and courageous, remember what God told Moses and what Jesus told His disciples. Bear in mind that as believers we have the same resources they had, which is the presence and power of God!

Then Moses called Joshua and said to him in the sight of all Israel: Bringing the people into the Promised Land was God’s work. He was going to do it.

Well my friends remember that God always does His work through men and women who make themselves available to Him.

God uses encouraging people to help us fulfill the destiny He has for us.

The Song of Moses as in book of Deuteronomy chapter 32

“Give ear, O heavens, and let me speak;
And let the earth hear the words of my mouth.
“Let my teaching drop as the rain,
My speech distill as the dew,
As the droplets on the fresh grass
And as the showers on the herb.
“For I proclaim the name of the Lord;
Ascribe greatness to our God!
“The Rock! His work is perfect,
For all His ways are just;
A God of faithfulness and without injustice,
Righteous and upright is He.
“They have acted corruptly toward Him,
They are not His children, because of their defect;
But are a perverse and crooked generation.
“Do you thus repay the Lord,
O foolish and unwise people?
Is not He your Father who has bought you?
He has made you and established you.
“Remember the days of old,
Consider the years of all generations.
Ask your father, and he will inform you,
Your elders, and they will tell you.
“When the Most High gave the nations their inheritance,
When He separated the sons of man,
He set the boundaries of the peoples
According to the number of the sons of Israel.
“For the Lord’s portion is His people;
Jacob is the allotment of His inheritance.
“He found him in a desert land,
And in the howling waste of a wilderness;
He encircled him, He cared for him,
He guarded him as the pupil of His eye.
“Like an eagle that stirs up its nest,
That hovers over its young,
He spread His wings and caught them,
He carried them on His pinions.
“The Lord alone guided him,
And there was no foreign god with him.
“He made him ride on the high places of the earth,
And he ate the produce of the field;
And He made him suck honey from the rock,
And oil from the flinty rock,
Curds of cows, and milk of the flock,
With fat of lambs,
And rams, the breed of Bashan, and goats,
With the finest of the wheat—
And of the blood of grapes you drank wine.

“But Jeshurun grew fat and kicked—
You are grown fat, thick, and sleek—
Then he forsook God who made him,
And scorned the Rock of his salvation.
“They made Him jealous with strange gods;
With abominations they provoked Him to anger.
“They sacrificed to demons who were not God,
To gods whom they have not known,
New gods who came lately,
Whom your fathers did not dread.
“You neglected the Rock who begot you,
And forgot the God who gave you birth.

“The Lord saw this, and spurned them
Because of the provocation of His sons and daughters.
“Then He said, ‘I will hide My face from them,
I will see what their end shall be;
For they are a perverse generation,
Sons in whom is no faithfulness.
‘They have made Me jealous with what is not God;
They have provoked Me to anger with their idols.
So I will make them jealous with those who are not a people;
I will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation,
For a fire is kindled in My anger,
And burns to the lowest part of Sheol,
And consumes the earth with its yield,
And sets on fire the foundations of the mountains.

‘I will heap misfortunes on them;
I will use My arrows on them.
‘They will be wasted by famine, and consumed by plague
And bitter destruction;
And the teeth of beasts I will send upon them,
With the venom of crawling things of the dust.
‘Outside the sword will bereave,
And inside terror—
Both young man and virgin,
The nursling with the man of gray hair.
‘I would have said, “I will cut them to pieces,
I will remove the memory of them from men,”
Had I not feared the provocation by the enemy,
That their adversaries would misjudge,
That they would say, “Our hand is triumphant,
And the Lord has not done all this.”’

“For they are a nation lacking in counsel,
And there is no understanding in them.
“Would that they were wise, that they understood this,
That they would discern their future!
“How could one chase a thousand,
And two put ten thousand to flight,
Unless their Rock had sold them,
And the Lord had given them up?
“Indeed their rock is not like our Rock,
Even our enemies themselves judge this.
“For their vine is from the vine of Sodom,
And from the fields of Gomorrah;
Their grapes are grapes of poison,
Their clusters, bitter.
“Their wine is the venom of serpents,
And the deadly poison of cobras.

‘Is it not laid up in store with Me,
Sealed up in My treasuries?
‘Vengeance is Mine, and retribution,
In due time their foot will slip;
For the day of their calamity is near,
And the impending things are hastening upon them.’
“For the Lord will vindicate His people,
And will have compassion on His servants,
When He sees that their strength is gone,
And there is none remaining, bond or free.
“And He will say, ‘Where are their gods,
The rock in which they sought refuge?
‘Who ate the fat of their sacrifices,
And drank the wine of their drink offering?
Let them rise up and help you,
Let them be your hiding place!
‘See now that I, I am He,
And there is no god besides Me;
It is I who put to death and give life.
I have wounded and it is I who heal,
And there is no one who can deliver from My hand.
‘Indeed, I lift up My hand to heaven,
And say, as I live forever,
If I sharpen My flashing sword,
And My hand takes hold on justice,
I will render vengeance on My adversaries,
And I will repay those who hate Me.
‘I will make My arrows drunk with blood,
And My sword will devour flesh,
With the blood of the slain and the captives,
From the long-haired leaders of the enemy.’
“Rejoice, O nations, with His people;
For He will avenge the blood of His servants,
And will render vengeance on His adversaries,
And will atone for His land and His people.”

“Fear ye not. Stand still, and see the Salvation of the LORD”

Exodus 14:13 And Moses said unto the people, “Fear ye not. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will show to you today; for the Egyptians whom ye have seen today, ye shall see them again no more for ever.

My dear friends some times life shows its own challenges, we believe in God who has plan for everthing what happened in our life.

Our almighty knows us before I was in the womb of my mother, Lord has put everthing in place what he wants us to make.

The Exodus explains us how lord chosen Moses to get people free and Moses very well knew  of their mindset as was no hope; they were unarmed, they had no courage, and their minds were deplorably degraded.

But My friends we should behold the deliverance which God works, independently of all human help and means.

As the verse says “Ye shall see them again no more” So Here was strong faith, but this was accompanied by the spirit of prophecy. God showed Moses what he would do, he believed, and therefore he spoke in the encouraging manner related above.

Same goes for us in todays world. We should not be fear of anything miserable that is happening around us. The God has his plan in place, Our strong faith and belief will surely make wonders in our life and in everyway our life will be extra ordinary different as we are believers of the almighty God.

We do not have to anguish, be anxious, or be discouraged when bad things happen in our lives. If a situation is hopeless or the matter at hand is too overwhelming, we may doubt God. But as believers we must remember that no problem is beyond the scope of God’s sovereign care for His children. He has promised to take care of us, make good plans for us, and love us beyond measure.

Amen….

Glorious Freedom

Romans 8:18 “For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.”

Our Lord Jesus Christ led a life of suffering while he was on earth, same is for us as we are joined to him by faith. Suffering will not go on forever. Jesus Christ is in glory, and in the future we shall be blessed and glorified along with him. Our present sufferings leads to the threshold of an unspeakably glorious mansion.

Paul viewed his sufferings of many persecutions for Jesus Christ’s sake. There is no comparison between the glory of heaven and the intensity of suffering. That is why as Christians we the believers should endure suffering with a sense of hope.

We should come to the same conviction as the apostle Paul about suffering. We do this by hanging in balance a scale with on one side the suffering in time and on the other side the glory God will reveal in us. The first is temporal and the second is qualitatively eternal. There is no question about the weight of one over against the other. No matter how severe our present sufferings, they will fade into insignificance at our future glory.God has reserved for us the returns of glory.

There is a connection between the universe and the children of God who live in this creation. When something will happen to the creation at the same time the children of God will be rewarded with glory.

So a glorious freedom is awaiting in the future.

Amen……

Giving thanks to God the Father

Colossians 3:17

And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

Please do remember when our heart is filled with gratitude, there is very little room to worry and negativity. God will bless you to live the best life that God intended for you.

The Apostle Inc.  team through this blog would love to encourage and help you along the way towards greater hope and joy! In the coming year.

Believe and Trust God

Isaiah 40:4‭-‬5

Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain: And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.
